Electric sectional cooking boiler KPES-150

The KPES-150 sectional electric food boiler, with a usable capacity of 150 liters, is an excellent choice for restaurants, cafeterias, and cafes. Featuring the same features and specifications as the KPES-100, it allows for the preparation of larger quantities of food. Indirect heating and a tilted cooking pan ensure even cooking, while two automatic modes save energy. The boiler produces 15 kW of power, and its robust stainless steel body ensures long-lasting operation. The cooking pan has been increased in height for convenient preparation of large batches.
