The electric industrial stove PEM 2-020H is characterized by high power and reliability for professional kitchens. Thanks to two burners and a roaster that heats up to 280°C, it is suitable for various cooking processes. The stainless steel body makes this model wear-resistant, and the operating temperature of the burners reaches 400°C, which promotes rapid heat treatment.
