Electric sectional cooking boiler KPES-100

The KPES-100 sectional electric food boiler with a 100-liter capacity is designed for preparing a variety of dishes in catering establishments. Its indirect heating and tilted cooking bowl ensure even heating of food and are easy to use. It features two automatic modes: for preparing soups and other entrees, as well as porridges and beverages. After boiling, the boiler automatically switches to a "simmer" mode or shuts off completely to save energy. The boiler has a capacity of 15kW, and its stainless steel body ensures durability and reliability.
