«The Labor Code of the Republic of Belarus establishes: Article 27 - restrictions on joint work in state organizations (their separate divisions) of spouses, close relatives and in-laws; paragraph 5 of Article 47 - the employer's right to terminate an employment contract with a public official for failure to sign an obligation to comply with anti-corruption restrictions; paragraph 5-1 of Article 47 - the employer's right to terminate an employment contract with a public official for violating the obligation to comply with anti-corruption restrictions, as well as for committing an offense that creates conditions for corruption, or a corruption offense; Article 255 - restrictions on part-time work for heads of state organizations and organizations in whose authorized capital 50 or more percent of shares (interests) are in state ownership, as well as a ban on heads of organizations of any form of ownership from joining bodies that exercise supervisory and control functions in the relevant organizations».
