The goal of the NGO NGO «BRSM» is to create conditions for the comprehensive development of youth, the disclosure of their creative potential, and assistance in the development of a civil society in the Republic of Belarus based on patriotic and spiritual and moral values. The Belarusian Republican Youth Union unites in its ranks caring people who are ready to use their abilities and make life around them more interesting, brighter and more meaningful.

Any citizen of the Republic of Belarus, stateless persons, as well as foreign citizens permanently residing in our country, aged 14 to 31 years, who recognize the Charter and program documents of the organization can be a member of the NGO «BRSM».

The proactive youth of the BRSM actively participates in bright and interesting projects, useful affairs. BRSM is unforgettable weekdays and holidays in student teams, effective youth law enforcement activities, an inseparable connection between generations, a platform for the implementation of ideas and projects, cool events and sports competitions, tourist rallies, quests...

BRSM unites the most active, creative youth. The importance of systematic work on the implementation of state youth policy, its focus on education, promotion of spiritual, moral and physical development of youth cannot be overestimated. We participate in the following campaigns: «Flourish, Belarus!», «100 ideas for Belarus», «For beloved Belarus!», «Together for a strong and prosperous Belarus».

Another important goal of the BRSM movement is to involve young people in the processes of identifying and solving social problems in society, to cultivate a sense of mercy and compassion in young people. Together with the trade union committee, volunteers of our primary organization did not remain indifferent and joined the republican charity campaign «To school with a Kind Heart». The essence of the campaign is to help needy large and single-parent families who have found themselves in a difficult life situation and are experiencing difficulties in preparing children for the school year. 

What should a member of the NGO «BRSM» be like?

- a principled and fair person, honest, strong-willed, ready to overcome difficulties;

- a person of action, an initiative and active participant in the affairs of the team;

- irreconcilable to any deviations from spiritual and moral values;

- interested in the history of the region, country, able to correctly understand what is happening in the world;

- a true comrade, able to value friendship, the opinion of the team.

About contributions: members of the NGO «BRSM», according to the Charter, are required to pay periodic contributions once a year.
