In January-August, the production of Russian refrigeration equipment increased by 79%, packaging equipment - by 77%, equipment for the production of food and beverages - by 32%, weighing equipment - by 19%, equipment for the sugar industry - 3 times, equipment for processing fruits, nuts and vegetables - 3 times, equipment for processing meat or poultry - by 95%, equipment for cleaning and storing grain - by 55%, equipment for processing and handling milk - by 50%, equipment for the flour and cereal industry - by 48%, equipment for the production of fish products - by 42%, dryers for agricultural products - by 40%, equipment for the production of bakery products - by 22%.
For 8 months of 2024, the production of domestic food equipment increased by 60% compared to the same period last year and amounted to 127 billion rubles.
Such data were announced at the Food Engineering Forum, which was held in October in Moscow with the support of the Rosspetsmash Association, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia and the Union of Mechanical Engineers of Russia.
